Lis Wiehl was born August 19, 1962 and was a former Fox News legal analyst.
She's a professor adjunct of law at New York Law School, previously an associate professor at University of Washington Law School. In addition, she has made legal commentaries on Bill O'Reilly's Radio Factual as well as National Public Radio. She appeared regularly for The O'Reilly Factor as well Lou Dobbs Today, The Kelly File With Megyn Kelly with Neil Cavuto and The Kelly File.
Wiehl is an Yakima resident who graduated from West Valley High School. She is a graduate of a Bachelor of Arts in English from Barnard College and an MA in Literature (University of Queensland) as well as the JD degree from Harvard Law School.
Wiehl was a prosecutor in the US Attorney's Office. She was the legal correspondent for NPR All Things Considered. She served as the "deputy chief of the investigative team for Democrats in the House Judiciary Committee" during Clinton's administration. From 1995 until 2001, she served as an adjunct professor of law of the University of Washington School of Law in Seattle, where she ran the Trial Advocacy Program. The analyst was with Fox News from 2001 until 2017.
